By using natural language, it makes the SharePoint experience smoother, faster, and far less reliant on digging through endless menus. But here\u2019s the catch: if your SharePoint environment isn\u2019t structured properly, Copilot can only do so much.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nWhen your content is messy, your metadata is non-existent, and documents are scattered everywhere, Copilot can\u2019t magically find what it needs. It\u2019s like asking a librarian to locate a book in a library where nothing\u2019s sorted and there\u2019s no catalogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
